Projects and/or Products will be fully detailed and signed off in a comprehensive production ready data pack, before manufacturing will commence.
Project Plan and
Management
A proper project plan will be drawn up, taking into account the delivery need of the client, the manufacturing process, and the cost effectiveness of the project.
Efficient project management is paramount, and the client will be updated on the project progress at the predetermined process-markers
Manufacturing and Implementation
The manufacturing and implementation will commence once the Detailing and Project Plan have been approved by the client and the Project Manager.
Delivery and
Installation
Our final product is our pride.
Delivery will be made timeously according the project plan.
Where installation is needed, it will be done efficiently by our trained installation professionals.
